Fried Eggs

To cook fired eggs, I use average/moderate heat. Break the eggshell gently so as to be able to poor the egg's content in the oiled frying pan without piercing the yolks. Then heat moderately until the white has gotten completely opaque, while the yolk reamains fluid.

I use canolla oil for a change in this recipe, since the heat is moderate and oil won't degrade. Olive oil can be used instead if you prefer.
