Fried Salmon Fillets
I used some frozen organic salmon fillets, which I left to thaw in the fridge on the eve. Let the salmon fillets brown on average heat, one side after the other. The centre of the salmon files must be well cooked (see the figure in the recipe for baked salmon).
I generally put a cover to avoid fatty projections all over the place, but I leave it partly open; otherwise some water is forming in the pan and the salmon gets boiled rather than browned.
