Mixed Vegetables With Flat Beans

Prepare, peel off and wash the vegetables. Mince the onions and let the onions brown (see the page about cooking basics). Mix up all the vegetables in a large pan, along with a glass of wine (or water or Broth). Cook with a cover for about 1 hour and a quarter (75 minutes) on low heat (the flat beans must be tender when picking with a knife).
